Gambling is entertainment

At all our venues we want gaming to always be fun. Only play with money you can afford to lose, set a time and money limit before you start and never try to win back losses. Gambling is not a way to make money or a solution to financial problems. Excessive gambling can lead to addiction.

Over-18s only

Minors may not enter our venues. All customers identify themselves on arrival with a valid ID card or passport.

Self-exclusion in the Community of Madrid

Anyone can ask to be listed in the Community of Madrid Register of Gambling Access Bans, which bars entry to gaming venues in the region, including Bingo Villalba and Bingo Odonnell: information and application on the electronic office (in Spanish).
